Bulk GSTIN Verification
Paste a list of GST numbers — get the registered name, status, type, and address for each, then export the whole list to Excel.
How to Verify GST Numbers in Bulk
Checking one GST number at a time is fine for a single vendor. But if you're onboarding a vendor list, cleaning a purchase register, or reconciling before a return, you need to verify dozens at once. Paste your list above — one GSTIN per line, or separated by commas or spaces — and every number is checked against the live GST registry in one pass. You get the legal name, trade name, status, taxpayer type, and principal address for each, then export the whole table to Excel to drop straight into your vendor master.
What You Get for Each GSTIN
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Legal Name | Registered name of the business on the GST rolls |
| Trade Name | Brand / operating name, where it differs from the legal name |
| Status | Active, Cancelled, or Suspended — the compliance signal that matters for ITC |
| Constitution | Private Limited, Proprietorship, LLP, etc. |
| Taxpayer Type | Regular, Composition, Casual, etc. |
| Address | Principal place of business from the registry |
Why Bulk Verification Matters
- Protect your ITC — invoices from a cancelled or suspended GSTIN won't support input tax credit. One bulk check flags them before you claim.
- Clean your vendor master — catch typos and stale registrations across your whole supplier list in one go.
- Onboard faster — verify a batch of new vendors at once instead of one portal search at a time.
- Reconcile with confidence — confirm every counterparty is active before filing GSTR-3B or matching GSTR-2B.

Convert Invoices to ExcelFrequently Asked Questions
How do I verify multiple GST numbers at once?
Paste your list of GSTINs (one per line, or separated by commas or spaces) into the box above and click Verify. Each is checked against the live GST registry and you get the legal name, trade name, status, type, and address for all of them in one table you can export to Excel.
How many GST numbers can I check in one go?
Up to 50 GST numbers per check. Duplicates and invalid formats are filtered automatically. For larger vendor lists, run several batches or log in to verify more.
Is bulk GST verification free?
You can verify up to 5 GST numbers per day for free without signing up. To check more, log in — each fresh lookup uses one credit, and repeat lookups of the same GSTIN within 30 days are free. Invalid or not-found numbers are never charged.
Why verify GST numbers before doing business?
A cancelled or suspended GSTIN means the vendor is non-compliant and their invoices won't support your input tax credit. Verifying a whole vendor list at onboarding — or before filing — catches bad GSTINs before they cost you ITC during reconciliation.
Can I export the verified GST numbers to Excel?
Yes. After verifying, click Download Excel to get an .xlsx with every GSTIN, its legal name, trade name, status, constitution, taxpayer type, registration date, and address — ready to paste into your vendor master or reconciliation sheet.
