Refund & Cancellation Policy

GSTExtract sells prepaid credits (one credit = one invoice extracted). This policy explains when those purchases can be refunded.
1. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged but credits were not added to your account, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the affected amount in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Unused Credit Packs
A purchased pack is refundable within 7 days of purchase only if it is entirely unused (no credits from it have been consumed). To request this, contact us with your registered email and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Used Credits Are Non-Refundable
Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is non-refundable. Credits are consumed as soon as an extraction is performed, and the underlying processing cost is incurred at that point. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for partially used packs.
4. Free Credits
Free signup credits and free anonymous usage carry no charge and are therefore not refundable.
5. Expiry
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.
6. Service Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue the paid Service, we will, where reasonably practicable, refund unused, in-validity purchased credits on a pro-rata basis.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the payment reference (visible on your account page and in the Razorpay receipt). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
